The staff were friendly and cute, really good service, catered for all needs, comfortable, ideally located for the Grotto.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and cute, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The service was really good, with the staff catering to all our needs. The hotel's location was ideal for visiting the main attraction, just a short walk away. the hotel facilities were super clean, and the staff kept everything very clean.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, as it was close to a famous attraction. the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay.

The weather during our visit was not ideal, which put a damper on our romantic escape. the nearby restaurants did not offer the best food, and we were let down by our only meal out.

We stayed in a hotel near the religious site, so it was worthwhile. Though the restaurants in the area weren't the best, the staff emphasised customer satisfaction by tending to our every call. the rooms and bathrooms were pristine and equipped with modern facilities. We recommend breakfast, as it was lovely and filling.

The establishment could use improvements in some areas.

The weather during my Christmas stay was inclement, but that was not the hotel's fault. On the only occasion I decided to try a local restaurant nearby with my family, the food was unexpectedly bad.
